We are pleased and excited to be working with such an amazing organization. FLDR is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and has been saving the lives of Dachshund and Dachshund mixes since 2003. FLDR is well respected in the rescue community for their integrity, compassion and exceptional care for their rescue dogs. Due to our mutual goal of providing peace of mind to pet owners and reducing the unnecessary euthanasia of pets; Florida Dachshund Rescue will be accepting pets whose owners request their bequeathed pets be placed in the Florida Dachshund Rescue foster and adoption program.

Covenant Pet Trust (CPT) was formed to educate and assist pet parents to plan for the future of their pets without them. We work with all pet parents including terminally ill or permanently disabled parents. Our mission is to provide education and resources for pet parents to plan for their pets and to prevent neglect, abuse and euthanasia of pets due to the death of their people. Our goal is to insure the joy and comfort only a beloved pet can bring; provide pet parents with the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what will happen to that pet in the event of the owners death. Services include in-home care support, foster care, visitation, relocation, re-homing or other personalized services as required. We work with you to plan for your pet in the event your pet out lives you. We offer support to keep pets in their home due to unforseen circumstances. Covenant Pet Trust Directors and Volunteers are here to provide comfort and peace of mind for pet owners and to prevent neglect, abuse and euthanasia of pets. Our goal is to insure the joy and comfort only a beloved pet can bring; as well as the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what will happen to that pet in the event of the owners death.
