About Us
Florida Dachshund Rescue, Inc. (FLDR) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization incorporated in 2003, comprised of experienced rescue people in Florida, who share the same philosophies, goals and love of the dachshund breed.
We are an all volunteer group that views its mission as rescue, rehabilitation and placement of rescued dachshunds into loving and permanent homes. As we are a non-profit organization, we rely on the adoption donations received when a rescued dachshund is placed in a permanent home and on the generosity of the private and public sector for support.
