Meet Tinsley (11-23)

Meet Tinsley!  This black & tan smooth female doxie was covered in fleas and had open and crusty sores all over her body.  Her nails were curled under her toes causing her difficulty in just walking.  She has obviously had several litters of pups, has a small amount of graying on her muzzle, but her teeth looked surprisingly decent considering the rest of her condition.

She was taken to the vet and luckily she was heartworm negative and did NOT have mange!  She has a severe flea allergy, easily treatable!!  She got a steroid shot and blood was drawn for a senior panel, although we all agree that she looks around age 7-8 yrs.  We held off on doing any vaccines yet and will also need to get her spayed and a dental down the road.  She is super sweet and once she gets her hair back she’ll be a beautiful girl.
