Hi!  I am Heidi.  I was not wanted by my previous owner and FLDR found me wandering.  I am a Happy-Go-Lucky black & tan dachshund mix that is full of energy.  I love to be loved and want to show you by sitting on your lap the entire day!

I get along fine with other dogs but do not know about cats.  I am not a barker or licker – more of a sniffer!  I would love to cuddle with you in bed at night.

As a younger dog, I am learning my manners and am housebroken, crate-trained and will listen when spoken to.  I am great with all people (young & old) and would prefer a forever home where I can get lots of attention and time to play.  I will be a great family addition.  I enjoy walks, running in the backyard and just hanging out.

I am up-to-date on shots and will be completing my heartworm treatments by Christmas at which time I will be spayed.
