I am Biscuit, a little princess who needs a loving family, since my daddy lost his battle with cancer.  I am a beautiful smooth red Dachshund with a lovable personality.  I am shy when I first meet strangers and am a little timid too.  The only life I knew was taken from me when my daddy died.  Foster mom says I am adapting so well and will be happy as can be, if I get adopted by a family where snuggling on the sofa and curling up in a lap is part of our normal routine.

Bedtime is my favorite.  I snuggle under the covers between my foster mom and dad.  Foster mom says sleeping on the floor or in a crate is really not my style, because that is just something I’ve never had to do.  Sleeping in bed with my humans is the best!

I have other dogs to hang out with here at my foster home and we get along well.  Walk, did someone say walk?  I love to go on walks and run around in circles as soon as I hear the word. My walking manners aren’t the best, but I’m a pleaser and am getting better at not pulling ahead.  I just get so excited.

I love to go for car rides and prefer to sit in the front seat, right on a lap.  I don’t want to be in the back with the other dogs.  Remember, I’m a little princess.  Foster mom thinks I use my puppy dog eyes to get my way.  I am such a sweet little girl, with the perfect amount of spunk to keep you smiling.
